Review (by Malcolm Storey)

An excellent site to encourage the younger generation to take an interest in wildlife and trees in particular. Lots of free resources for parents, teachers etc to dowload.

The project grew out of a phenology recording scheme for children. Has resources to tie into the BBC’s Springwatch, Autumnwatch etc.

Also features very nice interactive maps showing the change in various seasonal phenomena over recent years.

Errata, Corrigenda & CommentsNow that HLF Funding has ended, let’s hope they can keep this going. When reviewed, in Oct 07 (Mozilla), there were rather a lot of bad links, although the resulting message generally linked to the missing page.
