Review (by Malcolm Storey)

An investigation of the Holly Leaf-miner and its insect parasitoids in southern England. The work was carried out with a view to finding suitable biological control agents to control this pest in the British Columbian ornamental holly industry. Here 75 to 80% of the leaves are disfigured by the leaf-miner which was accidentally introduced without its natural enemies.

Includes detailed descriptions and drawings of the parasitoids and keys to adults, primary larvae, mature larvae, and pupae.

Errata, Corrigenda & CommentsConverting these old names to their modern interpretation is a problem.
